Dreams by Agora Contest Rules

Article 1. General

These rules apply to the “Dreams by Agora Contest,” hereinafter referred to as the “Contest.” The Contest is organized by Agora Group, with its registered office at Keizershoek 312, 2550 Kontich (BE 0424.794.755), hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.” Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these rules and the Organizer’s decisions.

Article 2. Duration

The Contest runs from July 17, 2024, and ends on July 31, 2024. The Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Contest period.

Article 3. Participation Requirements

The Contest is open to any end-user who:

• Is at least 18 years old

• Holds a valid customer number with Agora Group

• Resides in Belgium or France

Employees of the Organizer and their families are excluded from participation. Each participant may only enter the Contest once. Participation is personal and non-transferable.

Article 4. Personal Data

The Organizer collects the personal data of each participant. This data is used solely for the organization and follow-up of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.

Article 5. Winner

The winner is selected based on the tie-breaker question. If multiple participants provide the correct answer, a winner will be drawn randomly. The winner will be notified by email after the Contest ends. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time.

Article 6. Prize

The prize to be won in the Contest is:

• 1 window display makeover of up to 25m² in Belgium or France

All prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.

Article 7. Fraud and Abuse

Agora Group monitors the proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of fraud or abuse, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the participant from the Contest and reclaim any prizes.

Article 8. Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss, of any kind, resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of the prize.

Article 9. Intellectual Property Rights

If the participant must submit a creation (image, text, sound, etc.) for the Contest, the participant transfers all intellectual property rights to the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to use these creations for promotional purposes.

Article 10. Contact

Participants can address questions or comments about the Contest to the Organizer via the contact form on the website or by emailing agora@agoragroup.com.

Article 11. Disputes

In case of disputes regarding the Contest, the Organizer will try to resolve them amicably. If this is not possible, Belgian courts will have jurisdiction.

Article 12. Applicable Law

These Contest rules are subject to Belgian law.
